Can I change my delivery address?
Once your order has been placed, the shipping process commences. If your order has not yet been shipped there may be the option to change the delivery address.

When will my order arrive?
Your order will be packaged and posted within 2 working days from payment. As the package is being posted from Western Australia, please allow time for the parcel to arrive in regional areas, Eastern Australia and overseas.
How much does shipping cost?
There is free shipping in Australia on any orders exceeding $100.00. All other orders within Australia have a flat rate shipping cost of $10.00.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to USA, Canada and New Zealand. To view these shipping rates click here. For any other countries, please contact info@honoreactivewear.com.au. In this email please advise which country the items are to be shipped to and what items you want to purchase.
Can I order by phone, fax or email?
All orders are placed through the website only. Should you have any problems using this function, please phone 0434 078 798.
Can I return an item?
An item can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding the shipping costs. Items need to be in original packaging. Should there be a fault with an item please contact info@honoreactivewear.com.au to arrange a replacement or full refund, including associated shipping costs.
What types of payment do we accept?
Using SecurePay we accept Visa card and MasterCard. For further information about SecurePay, please refer to their website https://www.securepay.com.au/
What happens if my order does not arrive?
If your order does not arrive, please email info@honoreactivewear.com.au
Can I purchase gift vouchers online?
Unfortunately at this stage, gift vouchers are not available.
